  • Learn self love/be happy with who I am
  • Be happier 
  • Stop binging for good
  • Run, A LOT
  • Lower body fat percentage (ideally 17% ish, I’m 19.2% now)
  • Lose 1 more inch around my waist and 1 more around my hips
  • Reach my UGW
  • Do more good for the world
  • Do more for other people
  • Be more positive about life

  • Stop spending so many weekends at home
